Aimed at the complete shift to digital broadcasting, the Shiga TV Broadcast Recipient Support Center (Shiga-ken Terebi Jushin-sha Shien Center) was established in Otsu in February 2009 to respond to the queries of broadcast recipients.
This support center undertakes the following inititiatives in order to provide a smooth switch over to digital broadcasting:
The survey and analysis of television broadcast conditions (e.g. surveys of delinquent signal areas via measuring vehicles)
Advice on digital advancements in communal facilities (e.g. holding information sessions, staff dispatch, etc.)
The courteous provision of broadcast reception counseling (e.g. support regarding issues where the cause cannot be specifically determined via call center)
Detailed explanations/visit correspondence (e.g. the dispatch of staff at assemblies)
If you wish to learn more about any of the above initiatives, including staff dispatch at townhall and senior club assemblies for answers to concerns such as "Why are broadcasts now digital?" or "What should I do to watch digital (terrestrial) broadcasts?", please contact our call center below.
We receive all calls from everyone receiving television broadcasts at our call center.
